We carry over 1000 items in stock and we are constantly adding new products.
We try to ship in stock orders if placed before noon the same day, some light systems and hydroponic gardens may take longer. We ship via UPS. NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE! We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges but we will email you before shipping your order if this is the case. We usually only need to do this for multiple box shipments such as when ordering a roll of mylar and nutrients.
77Hydro prides itself on providing quality products and service. We will provide you product suggestions and guidance, but understand that you, the customer, ultimately decides on whether or not to make a purchase. We can not provide products on a "borrow" or "try-it-out" basis. If you are not sure if your purchase will work for your situation, the best thing you can do is take care in preserving the product and it's packaging and try it as soon as possible. Our return policy applies, regardless of circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your business and understanding.
Terms, Returns and Warranty Policy
Terms: We accept cash (in store), money order (contact us for shipping first), Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover. Sorry No COD's.
Returns: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
1. If returned within 7 days (14 days for online purchase), in new condition, in original undamaged packaging and with all instructions, you will be issued a full refund (less shipping).
2. If returned within 7 days (14 days for online purchase), in used condition, is missing instructions or original packaging is damaged or missing, you will be issued a refund of up to 75% original value. This does not apply to misuse, accident or tampering.
3. If returned within 30 days (45 days for online purchase), in new condition, in original undamaged packaging and with all instructions, you will be issued a full store credit.
4. If returned within 30 days (45 days for online purchase), in used condition, is missing instructions or original packaging is damaged or missing, you will be issued a store credit of up to 75% original value. This does not apply to misuse, accident or tampering.
5. We do not accept returns past 30 days (45 days for online purchase).
Warranties: Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, it must be returned to our store for inspection, repair and/or replacement. If ordered online please contact us toll free at 877-774-9376 to make arrangements for replacement. Products that have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or have been tampered with are not covered by these conditions.
