| Alg-A-Mic is an OMRI listed high-grade organic seaweed concentrate extracted through cold-press rather than chemical (KOH-potassium hydroxide) solvents. It contains high content of trace elements and hormones of vegetable origin, naturally occurring amino acids, and vitamins catering to the whole spectrum of a plants needs.
Alg-A-Mic can be used as a soil drench, an additive for a hydroponics nutrient, or a foliar spray for instant vigor in any stage growth or bloom. It, along with ROOTJUICE, has gained popularity for their effectiveness among bonsai growers in the USA and Japan.
According to the manufacturer:
“Alg-A-Mic can be taken in by the leaves through means of sprayers as well as with water directly to the root-zone promoting vigorous green growth. Healthy plants are also less likely to suffer from deficiency and temperature fluctuations.”
USAGE:
Established grass or dichondria lawns: 1.5 - 2 liters per hectare or 1 - 1.5 pint per acre of AlgAMic on lawn area applies through nose-end sprayer.
For smaller areas, dilute Alg-A-Mic at rate of 1.2 - 2 Tbsp per gallon of spray water for each 25 sq. ft. of lawn area. Dampen lawns prior to application then sprinkle lawns.
Potted & Houseplants: 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon per quart of water, apply weekly.
Roses, geraniums, fuschia, zinnias, asters, & carnations: 1 - 1.2 teaspoons per gallon of water, apply monthly during growing and blooming season.
Tuberous begonias : 2 tablespoons per gallon of water after plant is 3 inches high, apply monthly during growing season.
Flowering Annuals & Perennials: 1 - 2 tablespoons per gallon of water, apply monthly during growing season.
African Violets, Orchids, and Anthuriums: 1 tablespoon per gallon of water, apply weekly during growing and blooming period.
Delphiniums, Chrytsanthemums, petunias, spapdragons, pansies, and bedding plants: 1 - 1.2 tablespoons per gallon, apply bi-weekly for the first thirty days, then upgrade to a maximum of 2 tablespoons per gallon bi-weekly during the growing season.
Vegetables: 1 - 2 tablespoons per gallon of water, apply bi-weekly during the growing season.
