| Returns, Warranty, and Credit Card Policy
RETURNS: Sorry, 77Hydro does not give cash/credit refunds. New and unused merchandise (with the original receipt, packing material and all instructions) must be returned within fifteen days for STORE CREDIT. Nutrient and supplements are none returnable do to the fact that not all of them are sealed by the factories. Please remember 77Hydro cannot process credit for any items that have been used. Before returning merchandise, please contact 77Hydro for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept any returns without this number. If the merchandise is defective, please call for a return number. Include a letter why you believe the item is defective, put the RMA number on the outside of the box, make sure to insure the item, (we cannot issue store credit or send a replacement if the item arrives to us damaged), and return it to us. If the merchandise is found to be defective, 77Hydro will send you a replacement. Call us before sending anything back.
WARRANTIES: Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranties. Products that have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or have been tampered with are not covered by these conditions.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash (in store), money order (contact us for shipping first),PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover. Sorry No COD's.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We ship orders only to the credit card billing address. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we are unable to ship your order except in the case of P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes must still be located in the same town as the shipping address. This is for your protection against credit card fraud. Please include an e-mail address or a daytime phone number so we can reach you if there is a problem. For all types of credit cards, we verify cardholder name and address info with the card issuing bank. In case of credit card fraud, 77Hydro will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Credit card sales are subject to 77Hydro's approval.
SPECIAL ORDERS: 77Hydro will place a special order for you. If you don't see what you need in our product listing - call us. Special orders must be prepaid (shipping will be charged separately when the item ships), and no returns are accepted on any special order item. Please Don't ask.
