77Hydro prides itself on providing quality products and service. We will provide you product suggestions and guidance, but understand that you, the customer, ultimately decides on whether or not to make a purchase. We can not provide products on a "borrow" or "try-it-out" basis.
SHIPPING CHARGES apply to what you order. The exact amount of the charges will be added to the total in the event the automated system miscalculates. Large orders with many items will need to be calculated after the order is placed.
SALES TAX: Only New Jersey residents pay sales tax which is currently 7% all other orders do not.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: We use UPS and currently offer 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. Other options are available if you call us at 877-774-9376 such as 3 day select, 2nd Day Air AM, Next Day Air AM, and Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery. Be advised that UPS now charges dimensionally; meaning the physical size of the product affects the shipping cost. Large and bulky items will be more expensive to ship by air than say a 16oz bottle of nutrient.
SHORTAGES: Please let us know of any shortage within 4 days of receiving merchandise.
DAMAGES: If any damages have occurred during shipping, call 77Hydro immediately. We will then issue an RMA number and contact UPS for package pickup. After the return of the damaged merchandise, we will ship a replacement.
We ship orders only to the credit card billing address. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we are unable to ship your order except in the case of P.O. Boxes. P.O. Boxes must still be located in the same town as the shipping address. This is for your protection against credit card fraud. Please include an e-mail address or a daytime phone number so we can reach you if there is a problem. For all types of credit cards, we verify cardholder name and address info with the card issuing bank. In case of credit card fraud, 77Hydro will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Credit card sales are subject to 77Hydro's approval. We try to ship in stock orders if placed before noon the same day, some light systems and hydroponic gardens may take longer. We ship via UPS. NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE! We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges but we will email you before shipping your order if this is the case. We usually only need to do this for multiple box shipments such as when ordering a roll of mylar and nutrients.
